I Charles Robb Assessor aforesaid do hereby certify that unpon car [carefull]
Examination of the foregoing Several Rates and duties I find the Amo [Amount]
in whole to the sum of two pounds ten Shillings Sterling & that upon [the]
Sixth day of [--] I delivered to James Carstairs Collector for the Burgh
aforesaid an Exact Duplicate of the Above Account duly Examined a [and]
Compared with the foregoing which contained my Oath that notices w [were]
left with the Several Inhabitants or at there dwelling houses of the [--]
dated Anexed to their respective names that they were to be charged
the sums hereby certified to be due from them
