[Page] 91A Survey of the Rates & Duties on Wheel Carriages Arising in the
[Burgh] of Tain, from 5th April 1790 to 5th April 1791 by John Barclay Assistant Surveyor
I John Barclay Surveyor Aforesaid do hereby certify that the Above
Carriage is the only one kept in the said Burgh & that upon the Seventh
day of December currt. [current] I delivered to Alexander Morison [Collector a ] copy of the Above
Acct. [Account] which contained my Oath that the Above Carriage was the only one
returned to me or was kept to the best of my knowledge and information
