Survey of the Wheel-Carriage Tax in the Burgh of
[Queensferry] from the 5th April 1790 to the 5 April 1791 by James Watson Surveyor

I James Watsone Surveyor aforesaid Do hereby Certify that upon
carefull examination of the forgoing Rates and Duties I find
they amount in whole to the sum of Twenty two pounds Stir. [Sterling]
And that upon the Eighteenth day of November current I
delivered to Mr. Robert Chapman Collector for the said Borough
an exact Duplicate of this Survey which contained my oath that
the several persons before named were duly Served with
Requisitions and notices whereby they were to be charged with
the several Duties hereby certified to be due by them
