Kinross County Wheel Carriage Tax Survey Continued

1789 I James Watsone Surveyor aforesaid Do hereby Certify that
upon Carefull Examination of the foregoing Rates and [Duties]
I find they amount in whole to the sum of Sixty three
Pounds And that upon the fifth day of January [current]
I delivered to Mr. George Peat Collector for the said
County of Kinross an Exact Duplicate of the foregoing
Survey which contained my oath that the severall [persons]
before named were duly served with Notices and
Requisitions whereby they were to be Charged with [the]
sums hereby Certified to be due by them
