Survey of the [Wheel Carriage Tax] in the County of
Linlithgow from 5th April 1789 go 5th April 1790 By James Watson Surveyor
I James Watson Surveyor aforesaid do hereby Certify that
the above Thomas Mair was duly Served with a Notice
intimating he was to be charged with the Duty of the above
two wheel Carriage; and that upon the twenty seventh
day of March current I delivered an exact dupplicate
of this Survey to Mr James Taylor Collector for the said
County duly Certified by me.
