Andrew Liddell surveyor do hereby certify that the foregoing duty does amount to twenty eight pounds seventeen shillings six pence and that upon the 4th March 1786 I delivered to Mr John Swanson collector of the cep for the shire of Caithness a duplicate this account which contained my oath that notices were left with the several masters and mistress or at their dwelling houses the dates annexed to their names.
