I Hugh MacFarquhar Surveyor aforesaid do hereby certify that
upon carefull examination of the foregoing Rates & Duties [I]
find they Amount to eighty one pound seven shillings & six
pence, and that upon the tenth day of this current Month of
February, I delivered to Roderick MacKenzie of Scots burn [an]
exact Duplicate of the preceeding Account duly examined & com[pared]
which containd my Oath that the lists containd the Nunber of
Carriages returned by the different Masters & Mistress's & was [due]
by them according to the best of my knowledge or information.
