Hut Circle
About 1/4 m. [mile] N. [North] of Dorrery Lodge on the E. [East]
side of the peat road is a large hut circle.
It is entered from the E. [East] but the bank on
both sides of the entrance is much worn away
and the details are unobtainable. The
interior measurements are 24' x 28'. The
thickness of the bank or wall which is overgrown
with grass & heather is 9'.

Cairn
Some 200 yds. [yards] NNW. [North North West] of the last mentioned
cairn is another with a diameter of about
40' and an elevation of about 4'. On the
top near the centre a cist lying NE [North East] & SW. [South West] has been exposed
3'.8" in length by 1'.6" in breadth. The slabs
forming one end and one side alone remain.
