[county] Boundary of Elgin & Inverness. and runs in an Easterly direction, at about a mile from its source it receives the waters of Allt Cuilich It then runs nearly due East for about 1/2? a mile and receives the Allt Choire Chaillich, after which the united streams get the name of Leth Allt. both sides of this stream are studded with large juniper shrubs for the greater part of its course. The name signifies the burn of the foxe.
