I Patrick MacDonald Surveyor aforesaid do hereby Certify that Upon Carefull examination
of the foregoing rates and duties on Shops I find they Ammount
in whole to three pounds one Shilling and 8 pence Sterling and that I
delivered to James Anderson Collector of said duties in the Burgh of Banff
an exact Copy of the foregoing duly examined and Compared with the foregoing
which contained my Oath that Notices were left with the Several inhabitants
that they were to be Charged with the Sums hereby certified to be due by
