I Robert Hall of Fullbarr Collector of the Cess within the
Shyre of Renfrew Do hereby Testifie and Declare upon
my Solemn Oath That I have these Severall years bygon
uplifted the Cess of the Sd [Said] Shyre conform to thir Eight
pages all signed by me And that there is nothing omitted
furth of or added to this Valuation But Some Subdivisiones
of the Totales of Some Articles But that I have no other
book that I Uplift the said Cess by But of the Contents and
Import Only of thir preceeding Eight pages And that I knou
of no other Valuatione within the Sd [Said] Shyre that payed or does pay
Cess But What is thereintill contained In Testemony whereof
I have Subscrived thir prts [presents] with my hand att pasley the
Fifth day of July Jaivijcs and nyne years [5 Jul 1709]

within the shyre of Renfrew Do hereby Testifie and declare upon my Solemn
Oath That I never had nor have according to my knouledge any valuation
book of the Sd [Said] Shyre Containing any more valuation nor what
is contained in the preceeding Eight Pages And that nothing is added
thereto or diminished there frae Save Some Subdivisiones of Some
Totall articles In Testimony Whereof I have subscrived

In presence of John Maxwell of Williamwood Sheriff Dept [Depute] of the
Shire of Renfrew Sitting in Judgement with William Cochrane
Fergusly and Robert Pow one of the pnt [present] Baillies of pasley Commissioners
of Supply of the Said Shyre Compeared Robert Hall of Fullbarr Collector
of the Cess or Land Tax of the Shyre of Renfrew and William Tarbat wryr [wryter]
in paisley Clerk to the Commissioners of Supply of the Said Shyre And gave
in this valuation book containing the preceeding eight pages all Subscrived
by them to be Transmitted by the Sheriff depute of the Said Shyre to the
Exchequer Conform to the Lord Chief Baron and Barrons of Exchequer
their act or order for that effect Which valuation book the said Sheriff
Dept [Depute] ordered to be read in publick Court In presence of the forsd [forsaid] Commissioners
of Supply And after reading of the samen the sds [saids] Robert Hall
and William Tarbat being both of them solemnly Sworn by the sd [said] Sheriff
Depute In presence of the saids Commissioners of Supply And Interrogate
upon the verity of the foresaid book Given in by them Depones as folloue
(Viz) The sd [said] Robert Hall of Fulbarr collector of the Cess of the shyre of
Renfrew Depones That these seall [severall] years by past he being Collector for uplifting
the Cess of the shyre of Renfrew He has uplifted the Cess of the shyre of
Renfrew depones That the sd [said] Seall [severall] years by past he being Collector for uplifting
the Cess of the Shyre of Renfrew He has uplifted the Cess of the sd [said] Shyre
conform to thir eight pages all Signed by him And that There is Nothing
Omitted furth of or added to this Valuation But Some Subdivisiones
Totalls of Some articles Which Subdivisions are ommitted But the Totalls
Comprehending the haill rexive [respective] Subdivisions are here comprehended within
rexive [respective] Generall articles contained in the forsd [forsaid] eight pages And Furder
Depones That he has no othr [other] book by qch [quhich] he uplifts the sd [said]Cess or Land Tax
of the sd [said] Shyre But tht [that] is of the Contents import & extent of thir preceeding eight
pages And furder Depones That he knoues of no othr [other] vauation within the sd [said] Shyre
that payed or does pay Cess But qt [quhat] is contained in thir foregoeing eight pages
subscrived by him And this he Depones to be of verity as he Shall ansuer to God

As likewise the forsd [forsaid]William Tarbat Clerk to the Commissioners of Supply of the forsds [forsaids][Shyre]
of Renfrew being suorn & interregate as Robert Hall of Fullbarr Depones That
never had nor has according to his knouledge any valwation book of the shyre of
Renfreu othr [other] than conform to the valwation contained in the preceeding eight pages
Subscrived by him And furder Depones tht [that] nothing is added thrto [thereto] or diminished
thrfrae [therefrae] That is contained in any othr [other] records of valuation of the sd [said] Shyre in his hands
as Clerk or by which he did uplift the Cess of the sd [said] shyre as Sub Collecto[r]
Save Some Subdivisions of the totalls of some Generall articles Which subdiv[ed]
are here likeuise comprehended within their rexive [respective] Generall articles contained
in the forsd [forsaid] eight pages And furder Depones That he knoues of no othr [other] valuation
within the sd [said] shyre That payed or Does pay Cess But qt [quhat] is contained in [the]
forgoeing eight pages And This he Depones to be of verty as he shalls
