N.B. - This division was afterwards found to be altogether nugatory, and
void and null.- See Decreet of the Commissioners, 30th April, 1814.
Found, that the lands of Glenshalloch, alias Waterside, Aucheninnes, and
Little Richorn, with the Manor Place of Dalbeaty, are the same Lands
that stand in the Cess Books under the denomination of "Waterside,
and all beyond the Burn", and are valued at £220.
1785, Sept. 29. Part of "Barns Teynd" entered in the Roll of 1780 as the Teinds of Little
Barfill and Craigley at a valuation of £46, divided and allocated on the
Lands after mentioned, which were part of the Nithdale Estate in this
parish, viz.
Auchengibbert, 22 0 0
Meikle Miltoun, and Mill of Urr, 4 0 0
Dalmonyside, 3 0 0
Herriesdale, 1 0 0
Craigley, 4 0 0

And the remainder of the said Teinds, valuation £12, ordered to be trans-
ferred to, and allocated upon, the Lands of Auchenhay and others, in the
parish of Kirkpatrick-Durham.
N.B. - The transfer of the aforesaid Valuation of Teinds, £12, to the
Lands of Auchenhay and others, in the parish of Kirkpatrick-Durham,
was afterwards found to be improper, and ultra vires of the Commission-
ers, and that valuation was restored to the said Lands of Craigley and
Little Barfill in this parish. - See Decreet of Commissioners, 22nd March,
1799.

1798. Dec. 7. The Lands of Glenshalloch, alias Waterside, Aucheninnes, and Little
Richhorn, with the Manor-place of Dalbeaty, valuation £220, and the
Teinds of the said Lands, valuation £39, these making together £259,
divided as under:-

1799. March 22. The transfer of £12 of valuation of Teinds, part of "Barn Teynd," from
this parish, to the Lands of Auchenhay and others, in the parish of Kirk-
patrick-Durham, 29th September, 1785, found to have been improper,
and ultra vires of the Commissioners; and that valuation now order-
ed to be restored to this parish; and £6 thereof to be allocated on
the lands of Craigley, in addition to the £4 of valuation of Teinds al-
