In the above division, it became absolutely necessary to assume the valued rent of Milntown of Dunrod, and the valued Rent of the Miln of Dunrod and Crofts thereof, as one original cumulo, and to divide and allocate the same amongst the parties, in pproportion to their several interests in the aforesaid Lands and Miln, because it was established by proof that the said lands of Milntown of Dunrod, and Miln Crofts of Dunrod, have, for time immemorial, been so mixed and incorporated, that it is now impossible
to trace and ascertain the ancient march or boundary betwixt them, and that it is now also impossible to ascertain what was the valued Rent of the Miln of Dunrod,separatly from Miln Crofts.
