Major General Fraser of Lovat and his factor in the year 1774 presented a Petition for a Division of the Cumulo in order to ascertain the valuation of yt. [that] part of the Lands and Barony of North Morar comprehended under this Article (a part of the sd [said] Lands having been in the possession of Lundy in the 1691 and for which he is separately rated with other Lands in Kilfinnan Parish as before mentd. [mentioned]
along with the Lands & Barony of Knoidart, and accordingly on the 28. Octr. [October] the following Decreet was pronounced, vizt:-
The Lands of Knoidart belonging in property to the Laird of Glengarry £363.13.6
That part of the Lands of Knoidart sometime belonging to McDonell of Banisdle & now forfeited to the Crown £224.6.11
That part of the Lands of Knoidart belonging to McDonell of Scothouse £107.13.0
