In 1767 Mr Fraser of Belladrum, Mr Alexander Fraser of Ballindown and Mr John Fraser of Culmiln gave into the Commissioners a Petition in their Name for having it declared what share of this Cumulo did Apply to each of their Valuations of real rent and having proved the real Rent of the whole Lands under this Cumulo The Meeting of Commissioners pronounced a Decreet of Division in the following manner. Dated 16 September, 1767.
