(minus 4d [pence]) agt. [against] Dunballoch and the deceased Hugh Fraser of Dunballoch was on the 4 Octr. [October] 1757 Inrolled as a ffreeholder on Lands extending in valued rent exactly to the above sum of £448.0.4. But as the said Decreed of the Commrs. [Commissioners] with respect to the Lands of Easter Dunballoch proceeded on a Petition from General Fraser it is ver ylikely that the Lands of Easter Dunballoch now belong to the ffamily of Lovat either in Superiority or Property.
The Heirs of Auchnagairn for his own Rent and a part of Culbokies £325.0.0
In this sum is included the Lands of Kingilly &c vide Splitting in 1799.
The Laird of Strichen for Moniack * Splitt 1799 £125.0.0
N.B. General Fraser having applied to the Commrs. [Commissioners] for having it ascertained what Lands this sum applied to They by their Decreet of the 19. Septemr. [September] 1776 Found Decerned & Declared that the same applies to the Lands of Wester Moniack.
