N.B. General Simon Fraser of Lovat presented a Petition for having the above Cumulo Splitt on the Lands & Others to which it belongs, and after a Prooff was led the Commrs [Commisioners] on the 19. Septemr 1776 pronounced a Decreet of Division thereof thus:-
