N.B. General Fraser presented a Petition to, and the Commrs. by Decreet of the 19, September,1776 found that the said Valuation applies to the foresaid Lands.
The Lands of Crochel, for which The Laird of Brea stands rated Anno 1691 £189.3.4
This Article is stated in the Cess Books thus:-
The Wester half of Crochel £94.11.8
The Easter half of Crochel £94.11.8

The Lands of Bencharan, Wester Minlzie, Easter Brewline, Archnilk and Achteraw, Easter Minlzie and Minlziereech for which Hew Fraser of Belladrum stands rated in 1691 296.0.0
N.B. In 1767 Belladrum made application to the Commrs. for having the above Cumulo Splitt in order that the share thereof effiering to Easter Minlzie and Minlziereoch then still the property of the Petr. might be known and accordingly on the 16 Sep 1767 a Decreet of Division took place as follows, vizt:-
The Lands of Easter Minlzie and Minlziereoch remaining with Belladrum £63.14.5
The Lands of Bencharan & others, parts of the Annexed Estate of Lovat 232.5.7
But General Fraser having made a Second Application to the Commissioners after transferring the Prooff of the Real Rents taken in the Procedure above mentioned a Decree in these terms on the 19 Sep 1776
The Lands of Bencharan, Wester Minlzie, Easter Brewline, Archnilk & Achtera £232.5.4
