Divided per Decreet of Division dated 4th July 1805 thus -
Lot 1st. Comprehending that part of the Farm called Mains lying on the south side of the road leading from Beltonford to Dunbar extending to 47 acres 39 falls or thereby £125.4.9
Lot 2nd. Comprehending that triangular piece of ground part of the Farm occpied by John Dale lying on the south side of the post Road leading from Haddington to Dunbar bounded by the said Road on the North. Hedderwick Burn upon the West and the Estate of Belton upon the other parts comprehending 3 roods and 25 falls or thereby £0.7.7
Lot 3rd. Comprehending these 2 Parks occupied by the said John Dale lying on the North side of the said Post Road extending to 30 acres 1 rood and 34 falls or thereby bounded by the Post Road on the South, Hedderwick Burn upon the West, the old course of Hedderwick Burn upon the North and the Farm occupied by William Burnett upon the East, and also that part of the Farm of Linkhouse lying to the East of Hedderwick Burn but excepting there from 51 acres 52 parts of an acre or thereby of the East Links of said Burn, as also that pendicle of arable land part of said Farm lying between the said East Links and
the old course of Hedderwick Burn extending to 2 acres and 26 parts of an acre which parts of the Farm of Linkhouse contained in this Lot are bounded by Hedderwick Burn upon the West, the old course of Hedderwick Burn upon the South, the Firth of Forth upon the North and on the East by a March Dyke with the foresaid 51 acres and 52 parts of an acre of Links and 2 acres and 26 parts of an acre of arable land £221.12.7

Containtin the whole remaining parts of the Estate of Westbarns comprehending the said Lands called Bielmouth and Gunsgreen bounded on the south and west by the road leading from Beltonford to Dunbar and by the March Hedge between the said John Dale and William Burnett's Farms and by the foresaid line of March with the lands of Linkhouse, on the north partly by the old course of Hedderwick Burn and by the Firth of Forth and on the east by the Firth of Forth, by the property of the Town of Dunbar, Sir George Warrender and others Divided/
