I Andrew Aitchison Surveyor foresaid Do hereby certify that upon carefull examination of the foregoing
[Rates] and duties I find they amount in whole to the sum of Six pound Six Shillings Sterling, and that this [day]
I have sent to Mr Turnbull Collector of these duties an exact duplicate of this account
which Contained my Oath That the foregoing Inhabitants were duly served with requisitions with
dates annexed to their names and that they were charged to their returns being
[liable] in said duties
