Town of Kirkwall from 5th. April 1792 to 5th April 1793 Alexander Fraser Surveyor
I Alexander Fraser Surveyor aforesaid Do hereby Certify that the amount
of the horse Tax within the Town and for the year foresaid is Eleven shillings and
make Oath that upon the Twenty third day of November Seventeen hundred
& ninety two I delivered an exact duplicate of the above to John Riddle writer
and Collector of Said duties for the Town of Kirkwall -
