in the Burgh of Arbroth for one year from 5th April 1791. to 5th Apl. [April] 1792

I Daniel Ross Surveyor aforesaid do Certify that upon
Careful examination I find the foregoing duties amount to
the Sum of four pounds Two Shillings and Sixpence
and that upon the ..... day of ......... I Delivered to Mr.
John Colville Collector of the Said duties for the Burgh
of Arbroth an exact duplicate of this account which contained
my Oath the above persons were served with requisitions and that
they are Charged agreeable to their Several returns or from the best
information I could procure
