I William Johnstone Surveyor aforesaid do hereby Certify that upon carefull examination [I]
find the foregoing duties amount to the sum of Three hundred and Thirteen pounds Seven
shillings & sixpence Sterling and that upon the 17 Novemr [November] 1790 I delivered to Peter
Wilkie depute Collector of said duties an exact duplicate of this Account duely exam-
-ined & compared which Contained my Oath that the foregoing Inhabitants were duely
served with Requisitions And that they were charged conform to their Answers thereto [&]
to my knowledge & belief that they were liable in said duties.
