from the 5th of July 1789 to the 5 of Aprile next 1790
on ADDITIONAL CARRIAGE AND RIDING HORSE TAX
by Neil McInnes Surveyor.
4 Horses at 3/9 [£0.3.9] each is £0.15.0 prooff
[I N] Neil McInnes Surveyor aforesaid Do hereby certify that upon carefull
examination of the foregoing rates & duties they amount to fifteen
[shillings] sterling & I do make Oath that Requisitions were left or made
[with] the whole foregoing Inhabitants or at their dwelling houses of the
[respective] dates aforesaid to return their respective lists as therein required
[and] what they are Charged to the rates & duties set against their several names
