I Duncan MacNuier Surveyor aforesaid do hereby certify that upon careful
examination of the foregoing several rates & Dutys I find they amount to
Eighty five pounds ten shillings, & that upon the 22d March 1789 I delivered
to Donald Campbell Esqr. Collr [Collector] of the said dutys for the shire aforesaid an
exact Duplicate of the above Accompt duly examined and compared
with the foregoing which contained my oaththat requisitions went
to the whole foregoing persons or left at their dwelling houses of
receive dates aforesd [aforesaid], and that the above Accompt was up from the Returns
made to me in consequence thereof and from the best information I
