Suplement to the Survey of Carriage and Horse Tax. in the County of East Lothian

I William Johnstone Surveyor aforesaid do hereby certify that upon carefull examination I
find the foregoing duties amount to Seven pounds ten shillings sterling and that upon the
17 Decr. [December] 1788, I delivered to William Wilkie Collector of said duties an exact duplicate of
this accompt duely examined & compared which contained my Oath that the above Inhabit:
:tants were duely served with Requisitions and were charged on Information & my knowledge
& belief that they were liable in said duties.
