I John Barclay Surveyor aforesaid do hereby Certify that upon careful examination of
the foregoing Rates & Duties, I find they Amount in whole to One pound, and that upon
the Thirteenth day of December current I delivered to Mr Alexander Morrison Collector of said
Duties for the Burgh aforesaid, an exact Duplicate of the Above Acct [Account] duly examined &
compared, which contained my Oath that the Above Acct. [Account] contained the number of Servts. [Servants]
returned to me & that were kept by the different masters & mistress's according to their
list or my knowledge and information John Barclay
