I Duncan MacNiuer Surveyor aforesaid do hereby certify That upon carefull examination of the fore
going several Rates and Duties I find they amount in whole to ffour pounds Seven shillings and Sixpence
sterling, and that upon the twelfth day of March JaivijS and ninety One years I delivered to
Donald Campbell Esqr. Collector of the said Duties for the Burgh aforesaid an exact Duplicate of
the above account duly examined and Compared with the foregoing which contained my Oath that
requisitions were given to the whole foregoing Inhabitants or left at their Dwelling houses
on the date foresaid and that the above Survey was made up from the Returns made to me
consequence thereof or from the best information I could otherwise obtain,
