Perth 29 January 1788 I Laurence Buchan Surveyor aforesaid do hereby
certify that upon careful Examination of the foregoing Rates and Duties I find they
amount in whole to Twelve Shillings and Six pence and this rate I
sent by the Carrier to Mr David Ireland Town Clerk of the Town on Culross an
Exact Duplicate of the Above Account duly Examined and Compared with the
foregoing Notes being left with the several Masters and Mistresses of the date
anexed to their Names.
