Perth 7 March 1786 I Laurence Buchan Surveyor aforesaid do hereby certify That upon
careful Examination of the foregoing Duties they amount to Nine Shilling and four pence
half penny St. [Sterling] And this day I sent by Carrier to Mr David Ireland Toun Clerkof the Toun
aforesaid an Exact Duplicate of the above Acct. [Account] so as he might deliver former to the Collector that
should be appointed to Collect former said Act. [Account] being duly examined and compared with the
foregoing that from the Notes left then returns were made by the Masters & Mistresses
