I Duncan MacNuier Surveyor aforesaid Do hereby Certify that upon careful examination of the foregoing
Rates and duties I find they amount to One Pound & Seventeen Shillings and Sixpence, and that upon the
Thirteenth day of March JaivijiC [seventeen hundred] and Eighty Six years I put into the Post Office at Inveraray under cover
of a Letter directed to the Treasurer of the Burgh aforesaid an exact Duplicate of the above Accomp [Account]
duly examined and Compared with the foregoing which contained my Oath that notices were given to
the whole Masters and Mistresses above named and designed, or left at their Dwelling houses of
the revenue dates aforesaid, And that the above Survey was made up from the Returns made to me
in consequence thereof, And from the best Information I could Otherwise obtain.
