I John Wood Surveyor do hereby Certify that
upon careful Examination I find these duties to amount to
the Sum of Seventy one pounds Eighteen shillings and nine pence
and that upon the sixteenth day of January instant I did deliver to
the office of George Cranstoun Esqr. Collector a full Duplicate of
this acct. [Account] in which I made faith that the Charges against the
several Inhabitants were made either in consequence of the
Returns to my Requisitions or from the best possible information
I could receive where they failed to make such Returns
