from the 5th April 1786 to the 5th April 1787 By William Brunton Surveyor
Proof 17 Carts at 2 Sh [Shillings] each is £1.14.0
I William Brunton doe hereby Certify that upon Carefull Examination of
the foregoing Several Rates and dutys I find they Amount in whole to the Sum of
One Pound Fourteen Shills. [Shillings] Ster. [Sterling] And that upon the 26 day of Sepr. [September] I delivered
to James Black Collector of the Said dutys for the Shire aforesaid
An Exact Duplicate of the Above Accounts examined and compared with
the forgoing Which Containd my Oath that Requisitions were left with the
Several person And that they are liable in the Sums Set Against their
Several Names
