carefull examination of the within rates and duties I find they ammount [in]

cover of a Letter directed to the Treasurer of the Burgh within Menti [Mentioned]
an exact Duplicate of the within Accompt duely examined and Comp [Compared]
there with which contained my Oath that Notices were given to [the]
whole Persons within mentioned or left at their dwelling houses of the dates
within mentioned And that the within Survey was made up from the Returns [--]
