I James Millar Surveyor aforesaid Do hereby Certify That upon careful Examination of the
foregoing Rates and Duties I find they amount to the Sum of Three hundred and Ninety pounds
and twelve shillings Str [Sterling] and that upon the -- Day of January 1798 I delivered to John Cheape
Esqr. Collector, an exact duplicate herof containing my Oath that the foregoing Inhabitants
were duly served with Requisitions of the dates foresaid, and that they were charged
According to their own Returns, or the best Information.
