I David Hutcheson Surveyor aforesaid do Certify That on
examination I find the foregoing duties amount to four
hundred & fifty seven pounds four Shillings Sterling
And that this day I delivered to John Wyllie Collector
of said duties a duplicate of the foregoing Accs [Accounts] duly
compared which contained my oath that the several
foregoing Inhabitants were duly served with Requisitions
and they are charged the sum to their names sett
conform to their returns or to the best of my belief
that by law they are liable therein.
