from the 5th April 1792 to the 5th April 1793 by James Allan Surveyor
I James Allan Surveyor aforesaid do Certify, that upon carefull
Examination I find the aforename Inhabitant liable with the above
Sum of Seven Pounds, ffourteen Shillings Sterl. [Sterling] of Additional Duty
not formerly Charged him, & that upon the Sixth day of ffebruary
I delivered to Mr. William Cowan Collector of said duties an exact
duplicate of this Account
