I Robert Maughan Surveyor Aforesaid Do Hereby Certify that
upon Careful examination of the Foregoing Rates and Duties I
find they Amount in the Whole To Fifty Nine Pounds Five
Shillings Sterling and that upon the Thirteenth Day of February
Seventeen Hundred & Ninety Years I delivered to Mr. George McQueen
Collector of said Duties in the City of Edinr. [Edinburgh] an exact Duplicate
of the Foregoing Accompt duly examined & Compared which
contained my oath. That Requisitions or Notices were left with
the several Inhabitants or at their Dwelling Houses By me
