Supplement to the Survey by David Hutcheson Surveyor
of WHEEL CARRIAGE TAX for Renfrew
Shire --- made in 1789

I David Hutcheson Surveyor aforesaid do hereby
certify that upon carefull Examination of the foregoing
Rates & Duties find they amount in whole to the
sum of Ten Pounds and ten shillings Sterling -
And that upon this day I delivered to Mr -- Gardner
Collector of said duties an Exact Duplicate of the
same containing my oath that notices were
left with the whole foregoing Inhabitants or at
their dwelling houses that they were to be
Charged with the sums hereby certified to be due from them.
