I John Wood Surveyor as above do hereby Certify that in Consequence
of Requisitions made by me to the above persons Returns
were given into the Cess [Collectors] office Edinburgh Notifying that they
[Severally] retained the above Carriages within the period required Amount
to Eighty one Pounds Seven Shillings Sixpence Stg[Sterling]
But these returns were keept back & not delivered to me till that years [Survey]
was wholy closed, a Duplicate wereof I have now given into the [Collectors]
office ----John Wood
